Changes to our design process

Following years of carrying out our free design and consultation processes, we can no longer sustain these costs and will have to as of the 1st November charge for plans, designs and consultations. This is due primarily to the very high costs of the software used and charged for on a monthly basis, which is a significant overhead, along with the showroom running costs.

The following charges will apply as of the 1st November 2025:

Planning and design Fees (inc vat)
Initial site visit and discussion FOC
Kitchen Design Consultation and plans £300.00
Bathroom Design Consultation and plans £300.00
Bedroom Design Consultation and plans £210.00
Multi-room designs and plans £POA

 

These fees would be payable in advance and once the order is placed, the amount paid would be credited towards the initial deposit.
